This event is created to focus on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals in a creative and fun way. Through collaborative activities, information, play, creativity, and learning
This event is created to focus on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals in a creative and fun way. Through collaborative activities, information, play, creativity and learning, it focuses on how we as individuals can participate and take responsibility for making a difference in the way we consume.
At the same time, we want to add knowledge about the concepts – Recycling, Upcycling and Downcycling – as well as how the individual citizen can take these concepts with them into their everyday lives, and how easy it is to create new exciting things out of just a plastic bottle.
Especially for the younger children, who are the heroes of change, we have a few different activities. A fun cartoon, sandboxes where they can dig for artificial insects, find the insect in its four cycles, put it together and check the fact sheet to see if it is correct. The children can also build figures with the fun reusable StickLets. They can tilt on fun tilt-ins that are made entirely of recycled materials, and try a ride on the sleds.
You can taste insects. We introduce citizens to bread and sweets made from insects. Many of you know that insects are a good source of protein and at the same time very good for the environment. Anyone who wants to can taste them…
At our World Goals Café, you can have fun playing a game that provides surprising knowledge and understanding of how important the World Goals are.
We have an exhibition about Biodiversity that, through images and information, explains how fundamental Biodiversity is to our entire ecosystem. It also shows how important the diversity of living organisms on land and in water is, and about the species and genes that surround us, along with the ecosystem. We also show, in a fun and creative way, how easy it is for everyone to do something to help biodiversity on its way.
