Simon Talbot is Mr. Funny Bone. He has taken Denmark by storm, and his popularity is enormous. Today he is one of the country's best-known and most sought-after stand-up comedians. He has made his name in record time and has established himself with great success.
In 2026, Simon celebrates 20 years of stand-up comedy and has since thrilled audiences across the country with his infectious energy and sharp wit.
In addition, he also produces the popular comedy format CRACK. He has most recently toured internationally and performed in English as a warm-up act for the British comedian Russell Howard.
Talbot is a comedic multi-talent and is undoubtedly one of the greatest comedians of his generation. He proved this, among other things, with the show Make Denmark Great Again, which secured him a nomination as ”Comedian of the Year” at the ZULU Comedy Gala.
He finds humor in the absurd moments of everyday life and in the people who take themselves a little too seriously. Both voice and body are used as instruments when Simon delivers a professional and solid performance that leaves the audience both laughing and impressed.
In 2006 he achieved fourth place at the Danish National Standup Championship, and in 2007 he chose to move from Skanderborg to Copenhagen to develop his talent in standup.
That same year he won the Danish Open in Stand-Up in May in Aarhus.
He has participated in the program Comedy Fight Club on TV 2 Zulu in the second and third seasons. In the second season in 2007 he achieved second place, while winning the third season in the spring of 2008.
Simon Talbot participated in the third season of Zulu Demon Race. Simon was placed on the team with Mascha Vang; the two went on to the semifinals and later to the final.
In October 2009, the series began Where the hell is Herning? on TV 2 Zulu, where Simon Talbot plays the friend of the main character, Martin, played by Mick Øgendahl.
In 2009 he participated in Comedy Aid and the following year he hosted the event, which raises money for the Cancer Society.
In March 2010 he debuted as a host in Bingo Banko on TV2 together with the comedian Jacob Wilson.
Talbot participated in Zulu Grass in 2010 on TV2 Zulu.
At the beginning of 2018, Simon Talbot could tell that he had made the leap and went to the USA to make a breakthrough as a comedian.
