Nikolaj Stokholm is one of Denmark's biggest comedians.
He has always been known for having a curiously twisted mind, and his worldview through the glasses is just a little bit more fun than all of ours.
When this is turned into jokes and delivered at a frenetic pace – as he also has a habit of doing – the audience has no chance but lies completely flat in laughter.
Nikolaj’s words are most often supported by physical superiority, where grimaces and gestures blend with jokes and form a expression that, if it weren’t for modern television, would have fit perfectly alongside the great comedians of the 60s and 70s.
He asks probing questions about the normalcy of life, and the jokes are delivered with such confidence and pace that the audience never has time to get bored.
His energy and presence have always reached far beyond the stage. Even though he doesn’t say anything. Because he is still – without words – a comedian.
Stockholm has always been known for having a quirky mind, and his perspective on the world is just a little more fun than others'.
