Frank Hvam - Denmark's undefeated king of the awkward is back.
In the spring of 2027, Frank Hvam embarks on a nationwide tour in the kingdom with his new show
“A beautifully executed stunt”.
It’s been a while since Frank last stood alone on stage. But now he’s back to the small theaters that he holds so dear. There’s nothing better than having fun with jokes in a packed room.”I have chosen many small scenes and a few big ones. For me, what matters is that they are intimate and pleasant. I think stand-up works best when we can feel each other. That matters for the quality..”
With “A Beautiful Mess,” Frank takes up where he left off: a little too honest and a little too inappropriate. The show is about big and small… new jokes, new realizations, but it also revolves around a red thread that has followed him all the way: the mess.
Klovn is a very well-directed show. His stand-up shows have been beautifully directed. Losing footing, losing face, and losing self-control are the waters that Frank swims in.
“A Beautiful Mess” is a classic stand-up show about stumbling in life – as a human being, as a nation, and as a species. About finding your dignity again, loving those who deserve it, shooting down the others, minimizing the fuss, and never forgetting to laugh at yourself.
Does it get rough? Yes, yes.. Does it get fun? Yes, yes..
Frank Hvam is a versatile comedian who combines the low-brow with the gifted – an unpredictable mix of genitalia and politics.
Frank Hvam's performance is warm, light-hearted and playful – a mixture of silliness and critical distance, spiced with a well-developed sense of his own idiocy.
Frank Hvam has also made a fantastic impression as a conference host on several occasions, where his unique approach and humor have added a positive and memorable touch to the events.
Although Frank Hvam is often associated with wry humor, he is not only a humorist; he is also a skilled observer of society.
His sharp and often quirky perspective on political issues such as the environment, climate, and social debates adds a unique dimension to his shows.
He manages to make people laugh while at the same time making them think about important questions.
Therefore, he is the perfect choice for anyone who can confidently deliver a show filled with heart-warming laughter and insights that will leave the audience talking about it the rest of the evening.
