Frank Ladegaard Erichsen, born in 1983, is probably best known to TV viewers here at home as Bonderøven, after the program of the same name. Frank's dream is to run a self-sufficient farm and thus achieve a simpler life.
The old farm at Djurs, Kastaniegården, forms the backdrop for the popular TV series, which follows the daily life year-round. The animals have to be cared for and slaughtered, there has to be construction and repairs, and everything should ideally be done by hand.
