Carpark North hardly needs any introduction. The unique blend of raw and electronic – electro rock.
In Aarhus on July 28, 1999, Carpark North was formed.
It was the boys' desire to connect their sources of inspiration, which range from Depeche Mode to Mozart, and create Denmark's first Electro Rock Band.
It worked out pretty well for Carpark North, who debuted with the album "Carpark North" in 2003, and from there it has taken off.
They have since released 4 albums, played hundreds of concerts in Denmark, but also a number in Scandinavia, as well as more than 50 concerts in Germany, where they also signed a contract with multinational Sony Music.
Since their breakthrough in the early 00s, Carpark North have not looked back. They are a rock giant who never seem to have lost their breath, but who, with a distinctive expression that uncompromisingly delivers music across genres, have given us big hits and magical moments like 'Human', 'Shall We Be Grateful', '32' and not least the iconic, 'Transparent & Glasslike'.
Carpark North brings both darkness and beauty as they put the crowd down with wild energy and amazing hit parades.
They have always been as hard-hitting as they have been melodically accurate.
A combination that has given us immortal country songs and community-building concert experiences for more than 20 years.
