He created his own creative world, with ideas from his own childhood, which consisted of making toys from anything that looked like recycled materials.
Shane started performing with his creative ideas in 2001 and people loved the idea of making nice things out of empty kitchen rolls, buttons, old brooms and milk cartons. The concept caught the interest of DR and they developed the concept “Shane's World” which became such a success that in 2008 Shane received the TV award “Children's and Youth Program of the Year”.
