Lis Sorensen has never compromised with her songs and she has always been confident in her style both as a person and a musician. Lis Sørensen has often turned down songs until she felt that the right song appeared, either by writing them herself or together with others.
Lis Sørensen's career started in the 60s, playing in various bands, until Sebastian showed up and gave her the song 'Stille før storm.' After that, Lis Sørensen was ready to go solo, 23 years after her debut.
