Frank Ladegaard Erichsen, born 1983, is probably best known to Danish TV viewers as Bonderøven, after the program of his own name. Frank's dream is to run a self-sufficient farm and thereby achieve a simpler life.
The old farm in Djurs, Kastaniegården, forms the setting for the popular TV series, where you follow daily life year-round. The animals have to be cared for and slaughtered, there is building and repair, and it is all done by hand, preferably.
