With over 30 years on the Danish music scene, the group is one of the most experienced.
They still deliver new music of the highest quality, and they still tour extensively.
The music is the ultimate rock – energetic, melodic and at the same time easy to sing along to.
There's never any doubt when it's a Dizzy song. You can have a very special evening at your event.
They play both the old, venerable hits like "Silverflame” and ”Love Is a Loser's Game". At the same time, they also play brand new music from brand new albums on stage, so you get a unique musical experience at your event.
The band was formed in 1988, and in 1994 the debut album "Dizzy Mizz Lizzy" was released.
The album has sold more than 250,000 copies in Denmark, making it the best-selling rock album of all time. The album contained several of the band's biggest hits.
The group has played several major tours. Common to all concerts and tours is an unrivaled ability to sell tickets.
Every time the band takes the stage, it is to full houses, and there is no doubt about the group's eminent concerts.
The group disbanded on March 10, 1998, and a press release was issued the same day stating that the band had disbanded.
Lead singer Tim Christensen then had a more generally emphatic solo career, which became quite successful.
The band subsequently reunited for one evening when they performed at VEGA in August 2006 for the concert Brandalarm. Here the band performed together for the first time in 10 years, before going their separate ways again.
The band most recently announced in September 2009, that the group was restored for 10 concerts in the spring of 2010. However, the tickets for these concerts were torn away, and by now Dizzy Mizz Lizzy has been announced for 41 concerts, four of which took place in Japan.
It was interpreted by the band as the very last concerts ever.
In 2010, the portrait film was released Lost Inside a Dream: The Story of Dizzy Mizz Lizzy with Theis Molin as director.
