Just over 40 years ago, Cæcilie played her first concerts. First with Street Beat and the highly acclaimed and controversial fusion band Frontline, and then in the successful pop band One Two.
In the mid-nineties, she landed a dream record deal with Bruce Lundvall himself, director of the legendary jazz label Blue Note Records, and an international career truly opened up for Cæcilie.
She has been active on the Danish and international music scene ever since and has been a pioneer as one of the first European vocalists to truly help build bridges between musical genres.
Today she is signed to Europe's largest vocal label, German ACT music, on which she releases her jazz records.
At the same time, she has also established her own label LOUD LADY MUSIC, where she releases music that depicts the more pop side of her musicality.
