During the summer, Blæst has manifested itself once again as one of the best-playing live bands, full of energy and musical unpredictability, and with their increasingly impressive back catalogue of hit singles.
With the band's new lead singer SASO, Blæst released the songs "We could go all the way." and "The New Girl" in 2025, both of which have been at the top of the radio airplay, just as the band also gave a very honest insight into the journey in the great and critically acclaimed DR Series "Hende Den Nye".
The song became one of the most frequently played on Danish radio throughout the spring and summer, and was a perfect follow-up to last year's "Love You So Much" which was #1 for several weeks on the Danish airplay chart.
In the fall of 2024, Blæst released the gold-certified album 'Dine Venner', which culminated with four major concerts in the country's largest cities at the beginning of February this year.
The concerts also marked a farewell to the band's former lead singer, Fernanda, who announced in connection with the album release that she would be leaving the band to pursue other dreams outside of music.
What could have been a long and grueling process to find a new lead singer became short and bearable when Sarah Sophie Malmros entered the studio with the remaining band members.

Sarah Sophie is not a blank page in Danish music.
